Mia Flower Shop 2

I ordered Mother’s Day flowers here was very disappointed with both the quality of the flowers and the customer service. When the arrangement arrived, some of the flowers were already discolored. They were still acceptable at first, but by the very next day many of the flowers had wilted significantly. For a special occasion like Mother’s Day, I expected the arrangement to last much longer. I called the shop, not to request a refund, but simply to let them know that the flowers did not hold up and to suggest they look into the quality of their flowers or supplier. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with was extremely rude, seemed uninterested in helping, and ended the call by hanging up on me. I have ordered flowers before and understand that fresh flowers can vary, but the poor quality combined with the dismissive customer service was very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not order from Mia’s Flowers again and would NOT recommend them.

I purchased six helium balloons for my daughter’s birthday, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. At $3.25 each for small, standard balloons, I expected them to last at least through the day. Instead, within just three hours they had already started deflating, and by the afternoon they were completely down on the floor. On top of that, the store itself was noticeably messy. I understand I may have arrived shortly after opening, but there was debris and clutter all over the floor, which didn’t leave a good impression. Overall, this was a poor first experience. Between the quality of the balloons and the condition of the store, I wouldn’t return or recommend it.

This flower shop is amazing! This past Valentine's Day, I bought my fiance a custom-made heart-shaped bouquet with yellow roses with daisy's in the middle. She was amazed at the quality of the flowers and the arrangement they had created. Everyone she sent photos of it were amazed and said it was the most beautiful flower arrangement they'd ever seen! Don't buy flowers from supermarkets, support small businesses like Mia's Flower Shop!

I had the sweetest experience at this flower shop. They have affordable prices, great customer service, and beautiful flower bouquets! Alongside ribbon add on for ramos and little free cards to write and add a message. Will be coming here again! 🩷⭐️🌠
